The kids loved the monster theme and location. The scavenger hunt and treasure hunt for prizes was super fun. And the staff were all very kind. And the kids loved the playroom.

Location is one-of-a-kind and rooms were very clean. Nighttime mini-tour is fun :) Dinner/breakfast was solid and staff were very friendly.

Walking distance to Xitou forest park and nearby commercial area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Nice and quiet location, modern clean room.

Close to nature. The musicians from the Philippines performed at the restaurant and piano bar was a pleasant surprise and the highlight of my stay. Excellent food at the bar.

The lady boss and her husband were such fantastic hosts. They cooked such hearty delicious meals for us while we were there and treated us like family! The place was also extremely clean and tidy. There were also fire flies in the neighbourhood and that made the experience really magical!

Great room with excellent interior

Very helpful owners who arranged a lift for us to get back as there is no bus nearby. Dinner and breakfast can be ordered which had lots of dishes and was delicious! Quiet area and beautiful -i had an upstairs room which had a beautiful view.

The staff was fantastic and frankly the best part of the stay. We had a gluten intolerant traveler and they went above and beyond to create special meals for this person that were gluten free. They were attentive and warm hosts during our travels to Alishan

Beds are very comfortable and staffs are friendly. They have sunrise, sunset and stargazing trips for a fee. Will get refunded if weather doesn't permit for those activities. Would recommend staying here.

The thick sheets, the hot shower, the hair dryer....we went there on a cold rainy day, you see. The location is the best part for us. Central to our purposes.

I love their heated mattress pad though, it's a live saver. They give you a buffet style breakfast voucher you can have at a restaurant.

The staff is exceptionally and very kind to carry our big luggages up the stairs. The owner even took my big bag up the slope so I don’t have to carry it and deliver it to my husband at the transit Center. Unbelievably kind and unexpected. Thank you L. Vivo
