Everything was well kept neat, clean, comfortable. The host was really good me being a foreigner. He even called somebody who spoke English to help him make it easier. He helped with parking. It was an awesome experience.

One of my favourite hotels! Class and comfort in one location. Love the rooms and the staff always takes amazing care of me! Even with the current chaos of the war they manage to make this a wonderful stop on my rest days.

We chose the Opera Hotel deliberately. Our previous experience there was immaculate. This time was no different. The rooms were clean and soundproof. High-end bed linens. A comfy queen-size bed. The lobby bar and room service were excellent. Everything was in its right place, functioning properly, and reasonably priced.

The staff was phenomenal with excellently appointed rooms. Great location and delicious breakfast.

This is like a premium hostel. I had a really good time and was very happy that the hostel is still run to such a great standard. The bed was very comfortable, showers and bathrooms were always clean and tidy. I also have to say the other guests were all very polite and respectful, which shows that the vibes of the place work well. The staff was excellent. Very profesional, welcoming, and ready to help with everything. Location is hard to beat: Close to center and still far away enough to not be too noisy and crowded (we had the window open in the dorm room without issues).

An outstanding hotel in the heart of Kyiv – everything is spotless, well-organized, and designed with attention to the smallest details. The spa and pool facilities are excellent, and the food is both delicious and varied. Overall, a truly world-class experience – I highly recommend it.

All the staff were fantastic. Roman in the restaurant was a star. He was so attentive and polite. He spoke great English. He was very helpful with the menu and had great suggestions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and modern. The staff were welcoming, room was very comfortable and had everything I needed! It's perfect if you need to travel by train before/after as its right next to the main entrance to the Kyiv Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great regular cleanup of the rooms. Availability of dishes and a minikitchen. AC also came in handy these days. It was great to get a free upgrade with the view of the street rather than an inner courtyard.

One of the best hotels in Kyiv (if not the best one)

The staff here truly make the place what it is...amazing and very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay so much I ended up going back. This was by far the only place I was able to get actual rest at unlike the others that made me feel like my belongings were not safe. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet during the night. Highly recommend staying here!
