The presidential suite was spacious and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi large, and generally felt like a small luxury apartment as opposed to a hotel room. The only thing that could have been slightly better was the kitchen area (it was a full size refrigerator and sink, but rather small microwave).

Everything was great from the restaurant, bar, spa, to the quality of the rooms. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff also gave great recommendations. Marta gave me some really good restaurant and bar recommendations. Maria was also really nice and went the extra mile to help me book my bus and other travel arrangements.

Great location, directly across the Opera, everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The restaurant where you also have the breakfast has a great view of the Opera and parks. Very spacious and clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. No issues with electricity/hot water and heating even during war conditions and regular electricity cuts. Very friendly and professional personnel, every single one (receptionists, security, restaurant employees, cleaners).

Great location, quick access to public transport, cafes, shops. Staff is nice. Hairdryer was't available in the room, but you can ask for it on the reception.

I liked everything. I would say my stay exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect. It's a walking distance to anything one can need. Puzata House, a famous Ukrainian home-style fast food is less than a minute away. And at the same time the hotel is located on a quiet street so no one can disturb your sleep. The staff was friendly and took into account my request to get me a room on the first floor due to my pregnancy. They met me at my car and helped with the luggage. They also have a small parking lot. Though you need to book it in advance and it comes with a few. But it was so convenient as it's hardly possible to find a hotel in the city center with parking. The internet was good as well, I had a few video calls without any issues. The room has a small minibar that can be used as a fridge.

The building was conveniently located. And classically decorated.

The staff were amazing, the room was clean, spacious and quiet, the location is awesome. Very good value for money! Very thankful that they let us store our luggage while we were waiting for our train and when we arrived.

The atmosphere is perfect for a weekend getaway.

The location was ideal and the staff was exceptional! Sophie at the front desk, Denys, Maxym, another lovely woman whose name I am blanking on but was an absolute pleasure, everyone there was so helpful. They always greeted us with a big smile and always so helpful. I’d go back just for the staff.

The location is pure magic. 3 minutes to Rynok sqr, 1 minute to the Opera theater. The buolding is very authentic and stylish, and the room was really cozy and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was big and clean
