An outstanding hotel in the heart of Kyiv – everything is spotless, well-organized, and designed with attention to the smallest details. The spa and pool facilities are excellent, and the food is both delicious and varied. Overall, a truly world-class experience – I highly recommend it.

Everything was well kept neat, clean, comfortable. The host was really good me being a foreigner. He even called somebody who spoke English to help him make it easier. He helped with parking. It was an awesome experience.

It's a clean apartment with comfy beds in the heart of the city. Close to the metro station, so in case of air attack it's easy to have an accessible shelter.

Cozy mini hotel in good place. Very clean and nice. Very big bed. All nesseserities were avaliable. Cleaning was every day. I expecially enjoy the rooms in the attic. There are also rooms with balcony, they are on the flor belov attic. There is evevator in the building, but to get attic part you need to use spiral staircase.

Central location, clean and well equipped room at very reasonable price

Great regular cleanup of the rooms. Availability of dishes and a minikitchen. AC also came in handy these days. It was great to get a free upgrade with the view of the street rather than an inner courtyard.

I loved the room and how it looked. The room is a good size and the toilet has a nice hot shower. And heated rail for the towel. The staff were great to me and very helpful. Also, I love the location. You are really close to the shops and places to eat and drink. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And I will stay here again when I'm back in Kiev.

Excellent location. Clean. Apartment gets cleaned and bedding changed every 4 days. Communicaiton via whatsapp was very good. I arrived late and they arranged someone to meet me at 23H00. Very good client service.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my (all too short) stay at Lesi Hotel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I didn't arrive until extremely late - but the hotel staff was so kind and understanding, and waited up until my arrival at 4:30 am! I wish I'd arrived earlier in order to enjoy the room and setting more. The room itself was gorgeous: extremely stylish, clearly brand new, spotless clean, truly huge (multiple rooms including bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony). The view from the balcony was incredible. Although I missed breakfast because I opted to sleep in as late as possible, I'm sure it would've been wonderful. The hotel staff gave me an extra hour to check out (until noon) since I arrived so late, which was deeply appreciated. The night I arrived, I got a flat tire just a few hundred meters from the hotel. In the morning when I had trouble changing it myself, the hotel manager came to the rescue and changed it for me himself. I am so grateful. I can't wait to stay at Lesi Hotel again when I return to Kyiv, hopefully for much longer this time. I couldn't recommend Lesi Hotel more. I promise you won't be disappointed.
