Wow, I was unexpectedly surprised by the amazingly top notch customer service in this hotel and the hotel restaurant. We travel and stay at a lot of hotels. This was one of the best customer service we’ve experienced. I requested a crib. It was already there when we got to the room, with super clean bedding. (Another hotel we stayed at never even bothered to let us know that they had run out of cribs despite it having been specifically requested days prior to our arrival. I only found they had ran out when no crib was in the room when I arrived.) I drink a lot of water. Reception staff anticipated this and had staff bring them to our room without me even asking. The waiter in the restaurant was attentive to our every need and comfort. When we needed to stay longer for the baby because our train was later in the day; and we were simply accommodated.

Superb location and staff, free parking, EASY ACCESS TO THE PARK AREA. Also the hotel has bomb shelter (in case you need it). Facilities might be old, but it's matching the price range. Overall 9.8/10

Very nice hotel, clean and cozy, we didn't include breakfasts in our booking , but we had a breakfast one time in their cafe , and it was delicious ! It was nice to have a balcony in the room, and they clean our room very good and carefully.

Apartment was clean, fresh and pleasant! I liked the view. The customer service was also top notch and I’m definitely coming back ❤️

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, in a quiet and charming street. The veiws from the balcony are stunning and I totally recommend having your breakfast on the balcony. It can be brought into your room on request. The staff is very friendly and super helpful.

Free breakfast, fabulous location

Adorable, small hotel-type room in an exceptional location just steps from Maidan Nezalezhnosti, the metro, and all the main sights of central Kyiv. While the room is quite small, it is very clean and well-designed with a nice shower, small kitchenette and sunny window bench. The hosts were excellent, always responded very quickly to any questions or issues. The building also has an excellent downstairs bomb shelter, very unusual in Kyiv — the shelter is warm, very spacious and even has a bathroom. I brought a yoga mat and slept down there for a few major attacks, and it was very quiet and felt safe.

Honesty, I forgot one of my cellphone and Anatolly from reception call me. Room are new and clean.

I like interiors colors and room size , I d say bed was 9 out of 10 only ..location is excellent definitely worth 22dol
