The room, convenient,Restorant it’s the best.

The hotel itself is beautiful, it’s small but comfortable and I felt safe. It’s definitely a hidden gem in Kampala. The staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with fresh squeezed fruit juice of either pineapple or watermelon (both are exceptional) and were helped with our luggage to our rooms. They offered complimentary breakfast which was delicious and we had the privilege of meeting the owner which really took the time to thank us and address any issues.

The compound is green, material used to construct the buildings is classic.

Very clean and comfortable, lovely bed and pillows (which is sometimes hard to find), good food, great staff, lovely spa, great pool and patio, all around great stay!

Lovely place. service and stuff are top notch. I felt the professionalism and friendliness of the stuff, needless to say about the great value of the money, I recommend Acacia for everyone.

I didn’t sleep there personally but I had booked for my friends who really told me that they really loved the place and was beyond their expectations.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Other reviewers say the nearby clubs are loud. I was at the hotel for over a week, and did not notice any club noise.

From the airport, the Hilton Garden Inn Kampala provided excellent service! I booked airport shuttle service which was so easy to find. A driver met us at arrivals with a sign, packed our luggage in the van, and we took a smooth ride to the Hilton. Every staff member we encountered upon arrival greeted us with a warm smile and explained everything we needed for our stay. The receptionist Kim Cynthia was very sweet! She checked us in and let us know how we could book a taxi and where to find a place to get our hair done (very much needed at the time!) Our room was very clean and comfortable and the food was delicious!

Excellent quality, and the friendliest of staff. They went over and above what was required to make for a comfortable stay.
