Location was great..everything you needed in neighborhood...quiet room with spectacular view of midtown Manhattan. Very comfy bed and pillows Nice bathroom

Always felt well taken care of- cool little touches like apples and water upon arrival, ginger snap bedtime cookies. Loved the music mix… I can’t see why we would stay anywhere else when we come to NYC

Everything about the pod brooklyn was amazing!! The location is great, there’s a few subway stations nearby (it’s prob like 30ish min away from time square) there’s a lot to do and to explore. also is def in a good neighborhood. My sister and I stayed there for a week and we had an amazing time. Even though the rooms are obviously kinda small is enough and all you need. The staff were the kindest people ever!! There’s also a coffee shop/bar right next door which is a good option if you wanna grab a quick bite or have a chill drink. We also took one of walking tours they offered and we had a delightful time.

The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. I brought 7 pieces of luggage and there was still plenty of space.

Nice place, very good staff, close to many interesting places! Access to major metro stations. I would recommend it to anyone. Affordable price, considering Manhattan!

Great location for exporing NY. The staff was very friendly. We will visit it Canal Loft again on our next trip.

Close location to Manhattan bridge. Silence even there was reviews before that they heard Subway, but this was not our problem.

Excellent benefit-price balance

Location is great, very close to restaurant, clubs and subway access. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed very comfy. The fitness room was fairly well equipped for a hotel and the staff never hesitated to help.

The Location was excellent, room was clean and views were beautiful. Staff were very helpful and the coffee was great. Wine hour was fantastic.

We were getting civilly married in Manhattan and chose the Ludlow for its location, in walking distance to City Hall and close to some of the best parts of the LES. The facilities were fantastic and the service impeccable: They upgraded our High Floor Queen to a Skybox Loft and gifted us a bottle of prosecco. The rooftop is also stunning - we were able to take photos up there after our City Hall appointment. We ordered room service twice and the food was delicious. I would definitely go to the restaurant next time. Katz's and Russ & Daughters are on the corner - perfect for breakfast!

It was typical NYC small room. But it was very clean and had daily made service. It has an Elevator!! Everyone was very very nice and accommodating. They offered free coffee. And the location was close to subway and restaurants.

I had the most amazing view from my room!

The location is convenient, nearest subway station is just 2 blocks away. The place was clean, and love the terrace. David was super friendly and helpful. We forgot a backpack and the staff took good care of it and returned it.

I had a phenomenal stay at this property. Check-in was completed virtually and I was able to access the building and my room with a unique code -- no need to carry around room keys! The room was clean and equipped with a coffee maker, coffee pods, and two complementary water bottles. Guest services were readily available to assist me via text and there is also a handy virtual front desk with info on the property and surrounding area.
