The property was beautiful and everything was extremely clean.

I loved every bit of it. Felt premium and plush. Great team there. I wil return every time I am in Atlanta.

I enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel. I also like the staff was super friendly and they greet you as you’re walking into the hotel and open the door for you hands down. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

I liked how it was in a good central location. The property itself was clean and had a welcoming, friendly ambiance.

Location is good Food is okay

While I wasn't a fan of the breakfast, it's the typical hotel breakfast, I appreciate not having to spend the extra money. My family of 5 loved the room. We had a 2-bedroom suite which work out perfectly. We were there to drop off one of my children for college. It was nice to have the extra space while we spent our last few days together over the holidays.

The hotel is lovely, and our suite was very attractive and comfortable. The staff was professional and accommodating. The hotel restaurant is quite good.

Location is excellent. Lenox Mall is right there. The guys who valet park are awesome. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was great. I also liked that the water was hot. Some hotels give you that warm water. But babby a nice HOT shower is just what you need after a long day.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and beds very comfortable. The rooftop bar is the highlight for me. Lovely atmosphere with good music and food.

Your staffs from reception to Hassan he is so bubbly and took care of my luggage and got me a kind respectful taxi to airport and did not miss my flight back to Seattle super great pls give him bonus and love him!
