Very comfortable beds, accommodating staff, and wonderful restaurant in the hotel with great food at great prices.

Best hotel in downtown Columbus hands down. The rooftop bar has the best view of the city and is beautiful.

It was very near from the greater columbus convention center.

The property was very unique and the staff were friendly and helpful! We were within walking distance of different places like the arena and market. There were lots of cute restaurants and cafes nearby as well.

The hotel was part of Ohio history. Cleanliness of the facility. Loved that there were no carpets in the room we stayed in. Great location for our venue. Nice restaurant.

Location was very convenient to the convention center without center-attached hotel prices. Tavern next door was excellent as well.

Great location downtown, within walking distance of several restaurants. Comfortable room. I loved the view (room on the 8th floor). Very good breakfast and very friendly staff (especially Allan at the breakfast restaurant).

The rooms are neat clean and well-equipped. Even though breakfast was not included (I choose not to include it), they gave complimentary coffee, which was great. In the parking lot, there's a well-known diner. At walking distance to fast food restaurants and malls, location is excellent. I also liked that the lobby had many activities to do: pool table, drinking games, board games, a nice bar, and a balcony.

This hotel was a lifesaver to me. My brother and I had to stay several days, and not knowing the area was really happy it was right across the street from the hospital. They also provided shuttle service to and from his Dr office and surgery center. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the lobby and sitting area was very clean and spacious. The room had a sitting area, which is very good to relax instead of sitting on a bed. Breakfast was very good and always fresh. There is a Bob Evans right beside it, so it was convenient to grab supper. I would definitely recommend this place if you need to stay a while.

The front desk associates was great. The establishment is downtown center which I love. Rooms are spacious.

The breakfast was adequate although not luxury, but mot more than enough options. the cleaning staff, especially Veronica was so helpful when I asked for firmer pillows. The front desk staff - James ,John Tamera were exceptional in their care and courtesy. Very polite , happy and welcoming.

Location.was great. Stuff very helpful and the room was very neat and clean.The only negative is price of valet parking

Clean, great location, can never go wrong with Moxy, I have stayed at multiple locations so I know. But this time they were exceptional. I called the day before I was going to check in to request if I can be upgraded to a room for 3 people instead of 2, since we needed to bring our son along. And the reception was so good about it, at no cost they gave me a room with 2 queens, but these were two separate rooms within our suite. Such a delightful experience. I'm a loyalist now!
