I wish I had seen the old pier- this one is very commercial-...
I wish I had seen the old pier- this one is very commercial- many overpriced touristy shops and expensive food at the pier bar. We got a parking fine of $50, although my daughter paid for parking- we will fight that. Too much after the dollar!

Love the pier a must do when visiting cocoa beach.
Love the pier a must do when visiting cocoa beach. Love the tiki bar at the end of the pier. Have to have my nathan's hotdog and drinks at the tiki bar. Great breakfast and great place to view the spacex launches and rockets--esp at night.

Corner room with balcony, facing ocean was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with variety. Next door to Cocoa beach pier was great. Parking easy. Access to beach right from property. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The location of this property is wonderful! Direct beach access, very close to a lifeguard stand and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The roof top has great view of the surrounding area. We loved the two bedrooms each with their own en-suite. The living room, dining area and kitchen provided plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy each-others company. The building was clean and quiet. We all agreed, we’d be happy to stay there again.

Our room was newly updated and comfortable. We were steps away from the pool, beach, and Cocoa Beach Pier. Breakfast was included and the coffee and food were fresh and delicious. We were also close to Kennedy Space Center and spent a great day there as well.
