Lovely grounds. Fantastic staff. Beautiful huge apartment. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom (we had two full and one had a jacuzzi tub).

Last minute booking due to Hurricane Milton. I had a change to my booking and the Front Desk Manager stepped up BIG time and went above and beyond to assist me with issues I had in dealing with Booking.com.. Additionally, the front desk staff was warm and friendly. Great location to MIA and Port Miami. I will definitely use this property in the future. I must say that I've travelled alot, but the staff at this property really went above and beyond to assist me during the stress of a hurricane.

First thing it smelled very good throughout the hotel and it was very clean. OK so when I came in I was greeted by welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast was good I was happy with it and the hotel is in a safe area. I felt good with the surroundings. I was having problems with unloading

This hotel exceeded my expectations for my 1 night stay. The room was very spacious for my family of 5. Clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend.

Great Breakfast, multiple varieties choice

Staff was very helpful - i totally forgot abt american sockets, and receptionist kindly gave me her charger to charge my phone. Room was clean, spacious, even has a microwave!

Location was great for my purposes. I was impressed with the cleanliness and that is where they exceeded my expectations. I needed something that was going to be affordable, and I was afraid of being disappointed. But the room was nicely, renovated in a modern and comfortable fashion. I was impressed with the kitchenette! I would love to return to this hotel, even for private use.
