Hotels near First African Baptist Church, Savannah

Love the amenities, especially the water refill station. We are always purchasing water to bring back to hotels in which we stay, and it's an inconvenience. Also love the warm vanilla fragrance in common areas. Feels like home; the steps right outside the hotel leading to River Street are so convenient and safe!

Everything, friendly staff. Great food. Lovvvvvvved the luxurious accommodation. W’ll be back!

Location was great! Walking distance to everything! Loved the small motel vibe and not a huge place but friendly staff and super comfy beds!! It was perfect to see downtown!

Breakfast was very good. Even though it was not included we pay for it and it was really good. Maria and Troy were part of the personel and treat us great. They were excellent .

King room with river view and balcony was great. awesome views of the river, enjoyed the managers reception in the evening. The Broken Keel restaurant was nice, just a few floors down. They left champagne and chocolate for our anniversary. Would definitely stay here again. Side note we paid 37 dollars for 3 nights in the parking garage across the street instead of the 50 dollar a day to valet.

Gorgeous hotel with an excellent rooftop pool service, wonderful design, and kind staff. Feels like a stay straight out of the seventies. Every detail made the stay worth it from the beautiful historic building, the well kept rooms, and the bar service by the pool with a view of the city.
