The morning staff was great to interact with- specially Denise and Shon! Great job with hiring. It appears that everyone gets along well and enjoy their jobs. The valet staff was very kind and helpful.

I had a wonderfulbtome here. Everyone is amazing. And I never had any problem out of the staff i feel as biggest this hotel is you guts can have a better pool.

This will be the only hotel I stay at in Dallas from now on. 5 stars all the way across the board. There was so much to do we didn't even want to leave the hotel.

Has a great view. Very clean and modern. It has everything You might need. Staff is very helpful. Always checking on you If everything is ok.

Super location, great rooms, Sassetta Restaurant fabulous but what made our trip so memorable and special was the staff especially Jon Paul Barnes. Such a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and special. He’s a real standout for the hotel and really made our 10 day trip with the family for Christmas a truly memorable one.

Location , coffee place, spa and the store all was great!

Room accommodations were next level and staff were very professional and organized.

When you get there , the space very remarkable, the reception very polite and kind , we really enjoy our receptionist, I forget her name but she was great and very professional.
