The room was beautiful and spacious. I looked forward to coming back to it each night. Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. And room was cleaned every day we got back. Also, location was central to everything we needed. Very close to UCLA campus. Will definitely stay here next time I visit LA.

What a treat! The best hotel experience ever. The staff are amazing, attentive without being intrusive and so helpful. The room was fabulous, we really appreciate old style traditional luxury and this hotel delivers it 100%. We are in all three of the restaurants and could not fault the food or the service. The added bonus was the delightfully festive way it’s all been decorated for the holidays. We were celebrating a big anniversary and were thrilled to receive a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room along with some other treats but more importantly a lovely personalised card congratulating us and thanking us for choosing the hotel. Thank you!!

Location was great for campus activities. We had pleasant walk through campus to a basketball game. The breakfast was exceptional.

Everything! This will be our home away from home. The staff is excellent. food was great. Loved the fireplaces, the coffee and wine was such a nice touch. The atmosphere generates happiness. Customer service seems like a thing of the past but not here.

authentic small boutique hotel

Conveniently located to Hammer Museum, UCLA campus and several bus lines. Outside looks like a little dumpy but inside is A+ for (relatively) budget lodging. Decent breakfast spread.

The location was great and the whole ambience of the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and has everything you might need, the staff were incredibly helpful friendly and nice especially Troy & Nina, i’ve enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely come back
