All personnel attention was great, in the morning we got lucky to be attended by Memo, he really made a difference while we were there.

Our breakfast at Sustenio was good, just took a bit of time since there were only 2 waiters working Saturday morning. Food was good and prices were as well. Resort grounds and common areas all well maintained and clean. Our guest room as well stocked, clean, comfortable and spacious. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to return sometime.

Prompt and corteous service. My wife had recent spine surgery. We asked for a foam matress, and had it in the room in 10 minutes! Bar was beautiful with great service.

The place was so good to reach many destinations within 20-25 minutes driving as well there are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Breakfast was a an extra credit to us. The staff were friendly and had great hospitality.
