The ease of check in was great. The room looked as advertised, friendly staff and communicative. Breakfast was nice and the hotel was less than five minutes from SeaWorld.

it was very convenient to Sea World. The playgrounds and putt-put and bike rentals were great for grandkids to enjoy.

We had booked a "one bedroom vila". It turned out to be a small apartment in a block of flats. But it was fine for us. The property is amazing - very green (golf courses everywhere :)), well decorated for Christmas, which made it look magical. It has all the facilities one can dream of, including spa, pool, small beach even. The ap itself was also very spacious with well equipped kitchen, clean, with some complimentary salt, pepper etc, which was a very nice touch. Fantastic location for visiting Sea World - it's just around the corner.

Location and room flexibility

I loved everything about the hotel except that the parking is far from the entrance and the outside is DARK other than that everything was great

They cleaned the room daily, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the space was good in general. The hotel is close to the Convention Center, and there's a McDonald's in front of it, and ihop next to the entrance.
