Clean and comfortable. Had extra pillows and blankets ready. Was a little confusing because I've never been there and the elevator card key usages but staff was really nice and always helpful 🫶

Love the location. It had a lot of places in the area to eat and it’s near the highway to venture out and about.

Location was great, right near where we needed to go. The view of the lake was stunning at night. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, we literally fell asleep for a nap at 4 pm and didn't get up until the next morning!

Amazing place for families. Massive open interior concept which made it feel like we were in a spacious community center.

The location was great. Restaurants, malls and stores close by. Walked from hotel to the Market & Pier most days, but we don’t mind walking a bit to get around. Uber’s we a great option as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel at night and wondered what the empty shelves by the elevators were for. It was a pleasant surprise in the morning when they were full of hot coffee, fruit, granola bars, cereal, milk, juice and yogurt, especially on the days when the breakfast room was busy. Was wonderful to walk over and grab coffee (with flavoured creamers I might add) and head back to the room and enjoy. I believe this was on each floor. There is a great little Italian place right next door to the hotel as well as a star bucks and subway across the street. Lots of unique restaurants nearby as well. We were accidentally charged for room service our kids paid for with cash and when I asked about it at check out there were no problems getting our money back. There is a cute little pub to sit at in the common area as well as nice cold ice water set out to drink. This was important to us as it was very hot during our time in Seattle. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Was a great bang for our buck!

This is no frills, but the price point is fair and the staff was available and helpful. What we needed was provided. It was right in Capitol Hill convenient to bus stops and the train station, Seattle University, Seattle Central College, and Swedish Medical center and surrounded by coffee shops and reasonable restaurants. It could not have been more perfect for our needs.

Great location in Downtown Seattle. Many restaurants within walking distance. There is an Amazon Go store nearby. 15 minutes walk to Seattle Center (Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, etc.). Spacious and clean room with balcony.

Location was perfect. Many thing close by a short drive. Waking distance is like 20 min but Seattle is hilly. Clean and friendly staff.

We came from Vancouver to Seattle for a concert and booked the Silver Cloud Hotel next to the venue. On the way, we discovered that there are multiple Silver Cloud hotels in Seattle, so we were a bit bummed at first. But once we arrived, we noticed not only the friendly front desk staff, but also that the location is peaceful yet still close to downtown. The hotel felt well-maintained and super clean. We also appreciated the noon checkout time. The included breakfast was just the cherry on top!

The property was clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the $15 daily credit to use at the cafe. The food at the cafe & restaurant was fresh and delicious.
