Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive — they made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. The facilities are top-notch: modern gym, elegant lobby, and an excellent restaurant with delicious breakfast options. The location is ideal — safe, central, and connected to the shopping mall which made everything super convenient. It’s a true example of Hilton’s high standards.

It's nicely located. The staff was really helpful. After checkout, we had to get back because our flight was canceled and they gave us our room back immediately.

Spacious 2-room apartment, large balcony, mosquito nets, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable shower, nice large bed, soft shiny white bed linen. Very good cleaning and toiletries refill every day. Welcoming receptionists speak English. Luggage storage available. Perfect central location - close to the beach and all essentials. "Wild bakery and coffee shop" across the street is really great. Not much to say - we loved staying here. Looking forward to coming back both to Montevideo and Merit!

The Suite is nice size. Love to have the coffee at the balcony. The hotel doesn't face the ocean but only 2 blocks away from the ocean front traffic noise. Room is cleaned daily. Shower is good strong water. Definitely worth the value.

This was a excellent hotel, and a very good location

Oh my god, this was amazing! The staff were incredible, the facilities were amazing, the location was an 8 min ride from the city center or 15 minute walk to the beach. Truly can't wait to return!

Love Hyatt hotel in general. It has big gym, pool. The food at the deli and restaurant are delicious. The room is spacious and has view to the river!

Great welcome and great service.

The family room is great. They are actually 2 rooms that are next to each other and share a common entrance. Both have microwave, small fridge and kettle. One has even a small living room with a desk and sofa bed.

This hotel is exceptional right from the accommodations, location, food available, but most of all the staff service was consistent and excellent
