Lodges in Matsumoto

A house in the woods, not far away from restaand supermarkets. Very convenient for cooking. The house i spacious and very comfortable. Recommended for a one night stay on the way.

The location was incredible, there are several beautiful shrines in walking distance where you are the only people there, a wonderful escape from the massive crowds in Kyoto, additionally nearby, Matsumoto Castle is one of the most picturesque castles in the country. The space was a nice cozy cabin the beds are nice and firm and I slept very well, everything was new and very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were wonderful, I used one of the extra services they offer, the azumino bear gym, the equipment was good quality and the trainer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely try to make it back here on my next trip!
