It’s very clean and so charming. Love the ski lodge feel. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The homemade muffins in the morning for breakfast are delicious.

The room was very clean. It was a quaint room, very cozy. The bed was comfortable. It was just the right size for my husband and me. I really like the self-check in and check out. I appreciated the call I received from the staff to let me know my room was ready. We were very happy with West Winds Lodge and will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Lodge with amazing amenities! Super cozy and relaxing. Just off main street (a 5min walk from the shopping district)!

I’m very hesitant to ever stay at old motor lodges but this was the highest rated lodging in Ruidoso even above the newer chain hotels. I’m glad I gave it a chance. The rooms were decorated with Southwestern blankets and pillows and my room even had a cozy fireplace. And the price was still lower than the chain hotels. When I make it back to Ruidoso, I’ll definitely stay here again.
