It's one of the best places we've ever stayed at. On the outside you don't really expect quite what you get once you enter. The place is very new and modern, perfectly clean and tidy. And the views, those views of the nearby lake and the mountains in the distance are just out of this world. There are two big windows in the living room from where, sitting on the sofa, one could relax and breathe in the beauty of the nature. The place has everything one might need, plus even more. Aside from the full stack kitchen, the very comfortable bed, the nice bathroom and the good size living room, power sockets everywhere you need one, the owners have also provided a hair dryer, several board games, some additional hygienic products and a very easy to understand sorting of the waste with separate buckets, something that tourists need guidance as every country has their own rules. Of course, free parking is available in front. The villa is just 6 minutes away by car from this beautiful town at the sea, with its famous lighthouse at the top of a hill. Highly recommended and thank you for the warm welcome.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The houses are beautifully designed with high quality materials and are perfectly heated, making them super cozy and comfortable. The surrounding scenery is absolutely stunning! The host was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home and the breakfast was simply delicious. The road to get there isn’t the easiest, but it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. Plus, the sky is dark enough to see the northern lights and we were lucky enough to witness them - an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay.

Absolutely perfect. Spacious, spotless, and practical. Really appreciated how easy the hot tub was to use - no cover to mess with or jets… just get in and enjoy the views. A fantastic end to a long day of driving. Facilities were 10/10. Comfy bed. 5⭐️

This is a small and basic cabin BUT so charming, very authentic and what a gorgeous location. Plus host went out of her way to communicate and make sure we made it ok and were comfortable.

Excellent communication with owner/staff. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Cozy, comfortable setting overlooking the fjord. Would gladly stay here again (seriously, I almost don't want you to book this place, just so it's available to stay in the next time we're in Iceland, lol...)

Everything, most of it privacy .... I booked the same day I arrived( not a comon thing for this place ) , and everything was perfect ... If you want true Iceland experience this the place ....
