We are a multi-generational family, and meeting our needs can be quite hard. Blackheath Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way... the location, the staff, the food, the room! Every single aspect of our stay was amazing. I rarely write reviews, but this property deserves it. Shoutout to the whole staff, who ensured my 82-year-old mother was taken care of at every turn! Nice and quiet. Good secure parking. I liked the trees and the unique crafted benches. Nice secluded feel even though you are so close to the suburbs and train station. Would be a nice setting for a group of friends getting together and having a barbecue Value for money.

Probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The pool, the hot tub, overlooking the Wineyards were just... Waouh. Plus, the inside of the cabin was fitted with high quality appliances, and great views from the bed, the room The food at the restaurant was also really tasty, and the setting extremely romantic, and the service top notch.

Wow. Just wow. Comfortable bed, room was amazing, the lodge amazing, the staff precious. Everything was ready on arrival. They printed the sheet with my name, allocated keys to it, very well done. The walk to the room was a highlight. They even had a celebration for a deceased colleague, that showed me how they care for their own team. The garden are is a plus. The wine farms and town are very close. A calm and perfect place to explore the city. Did not go to the pool as it was cold but it was just stunning.
