It was an amazing experience! The staff are extremely understanding, professional and super helpful and welcoming! I had a great time in this place and would definitely come back. The unit was clean and comfortable.

locations is perfect, 100m from Planai station, in a circle of 200m u have all what u need...from restaurants over food and cosmetic stores, perfect location for skiing and Party if needed, Downtown 200m away, 100m - several places to rent ski

We had a wonderful stay last weekend at Hotel Schütterhof. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the spa area. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, making it a truly relaxing and memorable experience. Another big advantage is the hotel’s perfect location right next to the ski area. My partner and I were able to go snowboarding with just a two minute walk from the hotel, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient and fun. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway with amazing mountain views and direct access to skiing.

I picked the property because it was adult only. We loved it. We were pleasantly surprised by the cake bar from 2-4pm which was super nice midday break from skiing. Very good cuisine, super nice staff (mostly croatian) and our room was superb- view of the mountains right from the bed. The room was expensive for us though, but we treated ourselves and dont regret.

It was perfect in every possible way: - Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options - Beautiful surroundings, stylish room, and impressive building (we even received a free upgrade) - Spotlessly clean - Exceptionally kind and helpful staff - All hotel facilities were free to use (parking, pool, sauna, children’s room)

Facilities, food options for every taste, daily plan suggestions, incredible location and view. Recomend the bikes!

Awesome room, location and facilities. There’s nothing like the cool pool with a view of the massive Dachstein peaks right in front. Heaven! My special compliments to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and kitchen crew, especially the Bosnian crew who were extraordinarily cheerful, helpful and hardworking.

Absolutely great experience to stay at this residenz. Modern and cozy appartments, ski room, breath-taking views of Dachstein, wonderful breakfast served into the room and super kind owner❤️

The property was beautiful and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed in chalet nr. 4 which provided enough space for two families, 8 persons, having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Large living room connected with kitchen. Very well equipped kitchen for all kinds of meal preparation. Though there are several chalets quite close to each other, our privacy was not affected even when using the spacy terrace. Just next to a forest providing options for short and long walks, nearby forest bath. Good service from the owner's office, located in Schladming.
