The propery was very clean. Prior to arrival, our host Denis was very courteous and respectful. He met us at the property and provided us with the keys. He answered all of our questions. We have stayed at multiple different locations during our vacation, but this one in particular exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a great place that is clean and close to old town(Bascarsija), look no further.

Hotel Sana is the kind of place you could easily imagine calling home. I stayed for just two nights but genuinely wished I could have stayed longer. The hotel is impeccably maintained, with a sleek, modern interior design and thoughtful lighting that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast is a highlight you won’t want to miss, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. Located in the heart of Sarajevo’s enchanting old town, Hotel Sana is perfectly positioned for exploring the city’s rich history and vibrant culture. For the price, this hotel offers unbeatable value, combining comfort, convenience, and style. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

What a fantastic stay! We absolutely loved our apartment. It was spotlessly clean, and the location was absolutely perfect – truly top-notch! Amina (staff)were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Arijana and Emir’s apartment during the Sarajevo Film Festival. The apartment was spotless, very secure, and so comfortable – a real sanctuary in the middle of the festival buzz. The location couldn’t have been better: very close to the Old Town and within walking distance of festival venues, cafés, restaurants, and markets. Despite being so central, it was peaceful and quiet when we wanted to rest. Arijana and Emir were exceptional hosts – kind, attentive, and always ready with helpful local recommendations. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Staying here made our festival experience even more special, and we look forward to our next visit.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The host was amazing. The property was super clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We loved the location and huge plus was the parking, which was safe and easy to use. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back.

This is an amazing Hotel. Huge comfortable rooms with a very satisfactory breakfast with quality food not just pre-frozen food. All staff were friendly and happy. Walking distance from the train and bus station and to the Old Town. Shopping centre and restaurants close by. 100% recommend.

Breakfast was yummy, really liked it. The location was convenient and room was really nice, big and comfitable. Clean with and nice bathroom. The staff were also really lovely and helpful. We would stay again.

Excellent location - across the bridge of Baščaršija, just opisite of Vijećnica. 150 m from underground garage. Excellent room - big, clean, very comfortable beds. Excellent staff - nice, helpful, responsive. Could not recommend more.

The location is great. Across the street from Bascarcija buzz. The host was friendly and she dropped me to the airport for a nominal fee.

Very clean and spacious flat with two rooms and a saloon. The place has everything available, it felt like home. Breakfast was nice, staff was very helpful and kind. Nice neighborhood. I definitely recommend staying here.
