This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at – a cosmic blend of luxury hotel standards with the warmth and comfort of home. The service was truly outstanding: on the very day I arrived, my glasses broke, and since it was the weekend I couldn’t find anywhere to repair them. The hotel staff not only connected me with the right place but were also available for every question or request I had. A place like this is rare – everyone should experience it at least once in their lifetime. Oh, and don’t get me started on the food! The rooftop restaurant doesn’t just serve amazingly delicious dishes – it’s a full experience, almost like a show. If you’re there, don’t miss the smoked steak tartare – absolutely unforgettable.

This is an amazing and very beautiful villa in La Caleta, Tenerife. Friendly host, excellent cleanliness, top! Highly recommend.

Great hotel with a long tradition. The buffet restaurant in this hotel is THE BEST I've ever been to. The choice of food is incredible, I often couldn't decide what to eat because everything looked so good. And not only is there a lot of food, but it is also of very high quality.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful touches in our room. The accommodations were immaculate, and extremely comfortable – it felt like a home away from home. The breakfast and dining experience was equally impressive; every meal was freshly prepared, delicious, and presented with flair. The hotel facilities, including the spa, pool, and fitness area, were spotless and well-maintained, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and activity. Entertainment on site was perfect. What truly sets this hotel apart is the impeccable service. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. We felt valued and cared for at every turn. Without a doubt, this is a hotel we will return to again and again. Exceptional in every way – a true five-star experience! Exceptional service across the board. The buffet restaurant was a highlight with amazing food at both breakfast and dinner. The entire resort and the pools were kept spotlessly clean.

The hotel position is centrally located for busy nightlife pubs etc one way, then more sedate eateries and walks the other way. Beaches within 5 mins walk. Every staff member was super friendly from cleaners to seniors. Food choice was unbelievable and presented impeccably. So many sunbeds so none of that ridiculous ‘putting your towels on seats’ and towels were free too. Quality entertainment every night in 2 locations. (One caveat here - if you’re in block A and not interested in loud live music you won’t have silence until at least 10.45pm!) Didn’t bother us but may do someone else. Overall we had a fantastic time, but we’ve always loved Tenerife anyway. Weather, by the way, was awesome for the whole two weeks (January 22nd to February 5th)

Everything was brilliant from the bbq to the pool 2 different seating areas outside , upstairs and downstairs bathrooms were a big help having 3 kids to get washed and changed

Very thoughtful arrangement. We had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

This was the perfect size for our family of 5. Very comfortable and felt like home away from home. Location was fabulous- so close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. The host was wonderful - very helpful always.

The accommodation was wonderful, very clean, and very well maintained. The children absolutely loved the pool, which was a big highlight for them. We walked to the beach every day and the walk was always very pleasant. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, greeting us with cold water and sweets for the kids, which was a lovely gesture. We also appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily come back again.
