This is a fabulous apartment in Agios Nikolaos. The location couldn’t be better! One beach is just a few minutes away, with sand, showers, and sunbeds. Other beaches are a bit farther - about a 7-minute walk. All the restaurants are nearby, within a 2–15 minute walk. The apartment is very spacious, with air conditioning and a fan in each room, which is perfect for sleeping. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home if you don’t feel like eating out. The large balcony is also a great place to spend the evening and watch people strolling by. What’s especially nice is that when the balcony doors are closed, the apartment is quiet - ideal for a peaceful vacation. But the best part of staying here is the owner, who is warm, welcoming, and helpful day and night with whatever you need. Highly recommend this place!

The property was absolutely beautiful in every way. Starting from the rooms that are specious and quality beds , through kitchen fully equipped to living room with everything that people can enjoy . Location and private parking are spot on . You are basically on walking distance from everything (beach,shops, restaurants etc). Private parking gives extra value to this property. Management is more then helpful for any situation that you find yourself. Special thanks to Maria who helped us in our situation.

Our host left a variety of food to get started, and coffee. The property is really well located with the beach just across the street. Great views, and a great host.

Very much recommended for a friends or family stay. Apartament was clean, spacious and well furnished, with big tarrace The owner was right on spot for any of our questions and requests which we really appreciate! The apartament is located within few minutes walk from city center and few nice beaches. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views, gorgeous hotel, good breakfast

Wow! What a beautiful place. Everything was top of the line. We stayed in a deluxe bungalow suite that overlooked the water. Nice sized room with a sitting area. The property is very spread out, but all you have to do was call the reception and a golf cart would come take you anywhere you wanted to go on the property. There is the main beach and then a smaller more private beach on the property that were well equipped with sunbeds/umbrellas. The breakfast was amazing - buffet with everything imaginable. It is a bit of a walk into town, and you wouldn’t want to do it in the dark, so best to have a car, but it is easy enough to use a taxi.

The host had thought about everything. This is the best apartment we have ever stayed at.

We’ve stayed at the superior room with private swimming pool, it was really great. The room was very cosy, bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast, the staff were very friendly and provided good tips.

We stayed at ELiXiR 3 Luxury Apartments for a week and from the very first moment, it felt like home. When we arrived, the host and his wife personally welcomed us with such genuine kindness that we instantly knew our stay would be special. To our surprise, they had even done some groceries for us before we arrived, without us knowing. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel extremely welcomed. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and truly luxurious. It had absolutely everything we needed, from a well equipped kitchen to a very comfortable bed. Everything was perfectly clean and carefully maintained. The neighborhood is also extremely safe and peaceful, which made us feel relaxed at all times, both during the day and in the evenings. On top of that, they gave us a booklet filled with all the necessary information, from practical details about the apartment to wonderful tips on local restaurants, hidden gems and places to visit around Agios Nikolaos. Thanks to their guidance, we got to experience the town like locals and every day felt like a new adventure. What stood out the most though, was how cared for we felt. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts went beyond anything we have ever experienced. We have truly never felt so at home while traveling. We loved every second of our stay and it is safe to say we will definitely be coming back.
