Everything was perfect. The hotel is in the quiet area, but yet very close to the center and main promenade. The staff is very friendly.

The staff was excellent, the location was ideal, and parking spaces were readily available.

The apartment was fully equipped, very new and stylish. Anna was amazing, very friendly, always asking if you need any help and if everything is ok. Overall we were very happy with our stay here. And we definitely recommend this place. ❤️

AC was awesome. Flexibility with checkin awesome. The place looks brand new. Room for our car behind a locking gate. I added my father to the trip last-minute without a hitch. Excellent communication with the host before and during over SMS. I think there might have even been a washing machine there.

The location was great. The room was beyond my expectation. The staff very helpful. We really loved our stay, and I will prefer this area and this hotel next time. It is very close to restaurants and markets. The room was extremely clean, and windows were soundproof.

The most amazing accommodation that we ever stayed in Greece! Everything was perfect, clean and new. The most comfortable beds, all amenities included. Situated in high ground, above Nikkiti, is still far from the noise but still close to the city center and the beach (15-20 minutes by walk, 5 minutes by car). The hosts were amazing, such lovely people, thank you for everything!

I recently stayed at the villa and it was a truly wonderful experience. The villa was not only aesthetically pleasing with its tasteful decoration but also offered a fantastic back yard with a pool that was just steps away from the beach. We found ourselves spending most of our time in the back yard, enjoying the serenity it provided. The rooms were spacious and accommodating, providing ample space for everyone in our group. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy for us to prepare our meals, and we appreciated having all the necessary utensils and cookware on hand. One of the highlights of our stay was Maria, who managed the property. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and provided us with excellent recommendations for local eateries and shops. Her insight into the area added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. Additionally, the cleaning service, which came twice during our stay, ensured that everything was kept in impeccable condition. Fresh towels and bed sheets were provided, making our stay even more comfortable. Our experience at this villa was so delightful that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. I can't wait to return in the future, as it truly felt like a home away from home. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, I highly recommend booking this villa.

The apartments are ideal for a family/group of friends, as the rooms are very spacious. They are also close to the beach/restaurants/shops.

We booked a double apartment with private pool. Everything is beyond expectation. Hosted by a family that goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Pools are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is descent with domestic stuff such as olives grown in the garden. Location is good to browse beaches on lovely Sithonia. Metamorphosis is walking distance with few good taverns, I recommend Liana, fantastic. The place is calm and great for sleeping. We are going to Sithonia for 20 years and this is by far the best accomodation we had.

Perfect location 2 blocks from the center of downtown Nikiti, great to walk home at night or go out to eat. Beautiful room, with separate living room and convertible couch where the kids slept. Also fantastic breakfast delivered to the room daily - everything was wonderful!

Everything was exceptional. The house is exactly as we wanted, right by the beach(20 seconds from bed to sea🌊), very clean, with everything you need(a lot of furniture for storing clothes, hangers, hair dryer, electric stove, a small refrigerator). The hosts, Vasiliki and her husband are special people, they always made sure we didn't miss anything, they gave us useful recommendations and helped us with everything we needed. As we choose this location for our honeymoon, Vasiliki waited us with a nice gift 🥰 We highly recommend this location and we will definitely come back to them when we return to Nikiti🤍🩵💙

The apartment was luxurious, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, two balconies, with designer furniture and decor, with ultra modern and brand new facilities in the kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable large beds, spacious rooms with plenty of closet space. Everything was super clean, the floors were made of large marble tiles and kept us cool. Air conditioners were installed in every room with separate temperature controls. TVs were in each bedroom and a large one in the living room with cable TV, Youtube, and other apps. It had a separate washer room, the kitchen was equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and dinnerware, there was a safe with key lock, a Nespresso coffee maker, a few free coffee pods and tea, complimentary welcome basket with wine, crackers, nuts, olives, etc., complimentary slippers. Bed sheets and towels were changed the 3rd day, like in a hotel (we stayed 6 days). The apartment was in a quiet location, one balcony overlooking the street to the beach. The main Nikiti beach and promenade were 100 yards away, with all restaurants within walking distance, there was lots of parking space in the yard. The main supermarket was within 300 – 400 yards (meters). It was close to the main downtown street. All beaches were connected, within a few miles distance. There were many beaches to choose from in this area, with crystal clear waters and warmer than the Caribbean. The owners spoke some English, they were super friendly and hospitable, available any time on the first floor, although we did not see them but a couple of times. The other apartment was completely separate except for the one adjacent but separate balcony.

The house is just 50m from the beach and the villa feels new, with all essentials for a family holiday. We enjoyed the complex’s swimming pool as an alternative to the sea. Check-in and check-out (self) were smooth. Dario was a great host and was available for any question.
