Newly renovated, modern design, very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes and other …if you gonna cook in the apartment. Grocery store right next to the apartment. Parking in front of the building. It was a bit of a walk to the “Elephant beach and Los Hermanos “ maybe 15-20 min walk .. but we preferred to walk than move the car. The lady that was at the Front Desk was EXTREMELY NICE and friendly! I thought she was the owner. Highly recommend and would be back.

Sederea in apartamentul lui Nicole a fost foarte faina. Locatia este linistita si relaxanta si totusi foarte aproape de restaurante diverse la malul marii si de plaja. Doar la cativa pasi este promenada unde seara se pot alege diferite locatii de luat cina. Apartamentul are parcare chiar in fata usii si asta este foarte practic, este ingradit, astfel incat seara ne-am simtit in siguranta. De acolo se pot face foarte usor si necomplicat diverse excursii in zona. Locuinta este foarte curata, intima, decorata cu gust si ne-am simtit foarte bine. Am recomandat-o si altor prieteni si am facut planuri pentru viitoarea vacanta in care speram sa petrecem mai mult timp. Multumim si pentru intampinarea si petrecea foarte calduroasa, Nicole.

Super friendly hostess with an amazing and clean apartment.

It was clean and it was as it was on the photos worh the money for sure

The apartment was super clean! We arrived around 5 pm and the air-conditioning was on. We felt welcomed, all 5 of us. Big thanks to an employee from Albania who helped us find a parking spot by giving us his own. The apartment is located 5 min away from the beach 1 min away from the Greek restaurant "Las-Pas" and near to other local shops and restaurants. The beds are new and super comfortable. It was a beautiful 4 day stay.😊

The owner took care in many aspects for our staying. The apartment was spacious with all utilties necesary. The apartment has a container which collect water and when water is stopped by municipality you have water for good hours. This saved us because it happened to be water poroblems from municipality at some hours. Also the owner responded friendly and helpfull at any hour when I had questions.

Blue Carpet Resort exceeded my expectations. Not only was the resort gorgeous, the resort representatives/employees were incredibly accommodating, helpful, kind, and attentive. The level of customer service was outstanding - certainly the best I have ever experienced. I was in town with my partner, family, and friends for my wedding - Blue Carpet even surprised me with a bottle of champagne and rose petals on my wedding night as a gift. It was so sweet! Another favorite part was the beach and pool amenities - the outdoor area is vast, fun, vibrant, and clean.

Perfect location near downtown, exactly what we expected by the photos and booking. The host is super kind and really tried to please us. The pool is amazing and there's also a barbeque area to use. Clean and beautiful. All in all we are super satisfied!

Host was amazing, showed us everything and recommended a few places to visit. The villa is very nice, can easily fit 2 adults and 1-2 kids, has everything one needs for a family holiday. Beach nearby doesn't have any sunbeds/umbrellas, but there was a beach umbrella in the villa.

We took the Blue villa as we wanted to have a morning swim as it has quite a large pool. Around 14m long. This was the perfect choice for us. The pool was amazing as the rest of the villa was. The place was the same as you see in the pictures, very clean, comfortable, highly maintained. Christos, our host, was welcoming and realy really nice. The location was couple of minutes drive from Nea Skioni where you can find supermarket, a bakery and restaurants. It was also not far away from any other village we went to. There was another separate unit fully equipped in the villa for friends or family which needs the extra space. Everything was perfect.

It was really comfortable the food was delicious and was friendly environment.

Everything was clean, and it was near the fish market, bakery, and a 24-hour store with all you needed. In drive distance to all the best beaches in Kassandra.
