We had an exceptional stay at the Taj Connemara, Chennai. From the moment we arrived, the welcome staff made us feel right at home, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. The team ensured we settled in comfortably. A special highlight of our stay was the personalized culinary experience. During high tea, the chef went above and beyond by preparing customized dishes that catered perfectly to our preferences. At dinner, Yuvaraj, Arokyadas, and Shaji truly made our experience unforgettable. They took the time to understand our taste buds and offered a variety of dishes tailored to our liking. They even encouraged our kids to explore different flavors, making the meal enjoyable and engaging for them. What stood out the most was the staff's dedication to engaging with our kids, discovering their food preferences, and then crafting meals accordingly. This attention to detail and care made our stay particularly special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff, especially Yuvaraj, Shaji, and Arokyadas, for your exceptional service. You truly made our stay memorable.

Dining rooms and breakfast rooms have a huge selection on offer. Even though Butter Chicken was not on the menu - the chef made it for me. Best Butter Chicken ever.

The stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and immaculate. The beds were indeed very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful at all times. The breakfast was delicious and had a good spread as well. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

The service at Accord Chome was absolutely top-notch and fantastic. All the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. A special shout-out to Mr. Manas for being so responsive over email and for thoughtfully setting aside food for us when our flight was delayed. We would also like to specially thank Ms. Shemi from the restaurant, who was exceptionally attentive, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. Mr. Naveen was also very helpful and supportive. What truly stood out to us from this stay was the exceptional hospitality and genuine warmth of the service. It made our experience especially memorable, and we will certainly be back again.

The staff was helpful. Mr Sraif , if I'm not wrong. I'm not sure whether the name is right, he was the one helped me . I did a wrong booking of room , and he managed to help me to change without any extra cost. I'm really very thankful to him . And the the staff at the front desk are too kind . I will sure go back to the same hotel if I visit Chennai again.
