Marcus was great... just what I look for when staying at a place like this. Bonus was he had a dedicated parking space for my car. I would stay there again and will recommend this to others I know heading to Brooklyn. The room accommodations were perfect and the coffee was amazing.

Wry spacious room for Manhattan at a very good value. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need. You can do laundry in the building for free.

Recently stayed at the Four Seasons New York Downtown, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism set the tone for a perfect stay. The rooms were impeccably designed—spacious, modern, and luxurious, with stunning city views and incredibly comfortable beds. The bathroom was like a private spa, complete with a deep soaking tub and a rainfall shower. The amenities were exceptional, especially the serene indoor lap pool and the state-of-the-art fitness center. The spa offered a wide range of treatments, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.

Great location close to the Chelsea Market, Highline and Hudson River. Plenty of good restaurants close by.

It was not my first stay at this Hotel. I liked the location, the quality of all the services, cleanliness, comfortable bed and good breakfast choices. I highly recommend Luma Hotel Times Square!

The location, decor, staff, and amenities

Property was clean, easy to access, beds were super comfy and the host was always easy to contact. The kitchen ,bathrooms and laundry were adequate and easily met our needs.
