The hotel gave us a room upgrade to Junior Suite after they learned that we were traveling for our wedding anniversary. We are so grateful! We love the breakfast as well!!!! The staff were friendly and helpful, and when we checked in a bit early, even upgraded us to a water-facing room at no additional cost which was a lovely welcome indeed! The room was pretty much perfect, and I loved that there was a bath and shower, which I enjoyed and it was great to step into the snug gown provided by the hotel after my bath. The location was perfect - a short walk to Nyhavn and Stroget and the view onto the canal was wonderful. The bed was SO comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped with all we needed.
