Great staff, always smiling and always greet you, the hotel looks amazing, we had a room on the ground floor with direct acces to the pool, the staff clean the room every morning, changing the sheets, refill the consumables, they help you with everything you need, tours, taxis, the breakfast is very good, everyday you get something new, plenty of options, even for vegans, they have a gym, spa, massages, you can rent scooters directly from the hotel, the location is great, you have a circle k store just across the street, with an ATM, many resturants for all budgets, many clubs, you have 3 beaches in walking distance and even a mall

Amazing suroundings, beautiful pool and huge, water is warm, great food. I understood from our guide, that this is the favourite place to stay of the president of Indonesia, so it's not a bad pick :). You have a gym, daycare for children, you can rent bicycles, for us it was a perfect place to stay, the lobby is out of this world, with statues and pools and marble.

The extraordinary customer service received from all the staff at the hotel. From Made at the front desk (plus all admin staff) to the housekeeping attendants (Arnawa, Redipa and supervisor Alit). We extended our stay due to the overall high standard of the hotel. The pool on the rooftop was also a highlight with great views looking out towards the sunset.

We liked that the stuff remembers our names and asks a lot how we are doing and if they can help us. The breakfast was outstanding, with many different options. Each juice is directly made from fruits and each coffee comes with a nice picture in the foam. The property is really big. You get all what you need and can relax super fast.

Everything! This place is awsome. Exactly how it looks like in the photos. All spotless clean. No bugs. Clean pool. Comfortable bed. Smart home, all connected to google.
