Beautiful, picturesque stay in the mountains of Sapporo. The staff were professional and organized, allowing us to stay in their lobby with a scenic view of the snow, river, and mountains while we waited for check in. We were provided with local snacks and drinks and our room was ready 30 minutes early. The dinner was delicious and well-portioned, favorites being the steamed rockfish and pumpkin brûlée. Staff were attentive throughout the meal and offered to refill our rice whenever we were out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish. We booked the suite with a private onsen and it was wonderful to soak and watch the snow fall outside. The staff also helped us reserve our taxi to the airport after check out and the overall process was very smooth.

Breakfast and dinner was very fresh, they change the menu depending on your length of stay. The prime rib is definitely something worth going there to try. The hotspring here is the best I've to at this point.

We love everything about the hotel, since we stepped in until we leave. Everything was extraordinary, food was amazing and menu changes everyday, room was super comfy and the hot spring in the room was cherry on the top. I am super satisfy with our stay and would love to return one day.
