Everything is very new and I was surprised how well equipped the studio was. The size is not big but it was enough for a short stay. Communication was easy and friendly (not very timely at times) but we were taken a good care of. There even water and fresh fruit. Amazing location, got a very good price.

Everything, from the furniture and appliances to the curtains, lights, and supplies, has been carefully selected. You can tell the owner thought through every aspect. They even provided fresh fruit, coffee, milk, and fresh flowers. Antonio is a pleasure to deal with and goes out of his way to ensure you have a great stay. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washer and dryer. There is no elevator, which might be a downside for some, and it can get noisy at night with people partying outside. But when you stay in a historic building right in the center of the action, that is part of the experience. Thankfully, the windows provide excellent sound insulation.
