Breakfast was delicious and you have a variety of things to eat. I was happy about the pancakes from the first day. The food was fresh and had a good taste. Location was perfect for us. You can take a walk around the location and you can find stores, gas stations, self wash car service,. We met a very friendly staff that gave us so many important information to know about the city, locals, beaches and we had a free parking spot and chair at a beautiful beach. Overall, for us was perfect.

Great property and a very kind host !

The host called us prior to our arrival to give us check-in information. The apartment was ready for us (early) and we were so pleased with it - large, clean. comfortable and with the best sea view! After our first day the housekeeper messaged us to see if everything was good and if we needed anything - great service! Kitchen was stocked with everything needed, bathroom was great, ample supply of hot water in the shower, smart tv for streaming shows in the evening. Perfect stay. Loved spending time on the balcony watching folks on the seaside promenade and looking out over the water. Many dining options along the promenade, grocery store about four minutes away. Perfect location!

Nikola is a great host, she is responsive, always there to help/answer your questions. I literally booked the studio the last minute, yet Nikola contacted me really quickly and everything went out smoothly. We communicated via text messages in English. The check-in process is simple, you receive a detailed text and video instruction on how to get to your studio. The studio is spacious and neatly organized for a short/mid stay. The bed is really comfortable (I like matrasses that are not soft, and the one here is not soft). The kitchen module has everything I needed: utensils and tableware to prepare and serve basic meals. The bathroom is well maintained and was pleasant to use, especially I liked that the water pressure was good. The location is good: near the beach, next to a large supermarket (and a local market), a short walk from the Old Town. I stayed in December and it was pretty warm in the studio even on colder days. Overall I really liked my time at this studio and would stay here again. Many thanks to the owner!

We stayed at Lucice Plaza in Petrovac for 3 days and had an amazing experience 😊 The hotel is located in a peaceful green area, about 5 minutes from Lučice Beach. It feels a bit isolated in the best possible way — surrounded by trees, fresh air, and birds singing, so you almost feel like you are staying in a small forest by the sea. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything needed, including kitchen utensils and shower amenities. The mattresses were comfortable, and we especially loved the green balcony where we had breakfast every morning. The rooftop area is also wonderful — perfect for watching sunsets and relaxing on the sun loungers. But the most precious part of our stay was the warm and welcoming staff. Elena and Sanela were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely passionate about their work. They gave us useful information, made us feel at home, and created such a sincere and friendly atmosphere. Special thanks also to the lovely cleaning lady for keeping everything spotless. Breakfast is provided in a nearby café close to Lučice Beach, and the main Petrovac beach is also only around 10 minutes away. There is a lot of sport stuff to do in the area. Workout, basketball, tennis courts and kids playground are just in 100 meters. Several hiiking trails are also available mostly from the doorstep. Staying in Petrovac was one of the best decisions of our trip. The town has spectacular sea views, a peaceful atmosphere, and even a small remote church that you can visit by boat. We would definitely love to come back 🌿🌊
