Very nice hotel, tastefully designed. The room was very nice, comfortable beds, and overall well equipped. The pool on the roof was very nice for cooling down as we were there during a very hot week. Location is fantastic, lots of good restaurants in the area and the architecture of the neighbourhood is very interesting.

We really enjoyed our stay for its comfort, prime location, and inviting ambiance. The cozy, warmly decorated interiors and furnishings added to the charm. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The breakfast was not only delicious but also elegantly presented. Additionally, their assistance in planning activities in Merida was invaluable, as they recommended wonderful places to visit, tours, and local restaurants and bars.

Room, we were upgraded to the club level. Very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was on the pricy side but the food was good and a lot to offer. The club lounge had enough food in the evening that you could make a meal of it. Every staff member we cam into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was great. This will for sure be where we stay when we return to Merida.
