From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, including the pool and fitness center, which were all clean and well-maintained. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated near great restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet still offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. We loved everything about this room — it was spacious, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel has such a fun vibe and everything felt well organised. Breakfast was a highlight for us: a wide selection, fresh options, and something for every taste. The facilities were great, especially the pool and family areas, and the water park was the best part — so convenient having it right there and it was genuinely fun for both kids and adults. A wonderful getaway overall and definitely worth the stay.

Clean and safe hotel in JB. Beautiful view on the higher floors. Good selection of breakfast menu. Friendly and helpful staff. I visit the hotel yearly, and it never disappoints. Room service is also prompt.

Room was spacious with a sofa and a writing table with leather chair. The bathroom amenites are good and the bed is firm. Housekeeper is pretty quick to deliver my shaving kits. Room are very well keep by housekeeper too. This hotel is just opposite JMCC Komtar and CitySquare Mall. It has a convenient store directly on the ground floor. It's breakfast buffet comes with a wide varieties too. Staff there are very friendly.

The property is nearby the Highway, it was noisy at night due to the motobike noise!! althought we turn on the A/C, but as the same noisy. And there are some new building construction outside and noisy.
