Beautiful place. On the list for hotel pickup for tours. Lovely accomodations. Everything was perfect. Fruit/nut tray in room on arrival. Whirlpool in room. Great view from breakfast room. Truly amazing hotel.

My parents were going to visit Ankara and intended to stay at Radisson. I also booked a room for myself to stay a day before their arrival and surprise my parents. I told the staff that I will wait for my parents in the lobby and asked them if we can add a bed in their room for the next days as I wanted to stay with them. All the reception staff and especially Ms. Nagme helped me facilitate the surprise! I was told that I can do a late checkout from the first room and when my parents came, we were upgraded to a suit room thanks to Ms. Nagme and the room was amazing! All the staff I interacted with, staff helping with the luggage, car parking, receptionists, bartender at the lobby bar - they were all extremely kind and helpful which made our stay very pleasant! Also, I had to work on my laptop for my business meetings, the area dedicated for work in the lobby is very nice. I wanted to get myself a coffee from the bar behind the working area, the gentlemen at the bar greeted me so nicely and offered coffee as a treat. Top notch customer satisfaction and super professional people everywhere at this hotel! In addition to all that, I had a brief chance to use the gym facility and it was more than I expected. They have cable machine, lots of dumbbells, elliptical trainer, lateral pulldown machine and few others. In general, rooms were super clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. One other highlight is that I wanted to feed a cat who was roaming in the garden on the side of the building. A hotel staff who was having a break from work in that area offered to bring a bowl for me to feed the cat. I found this gesture really kind. He told me the cat is always there and they feed it. I hope the cat will stay there and they continue to feed. I want to thank Radisson Blu Cankaya staff for their politeness and help which made this surprise a special moment <3

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and has all the amenities you need. We would definitely return and recommend it to others. Really loved the huge balcony. Grocery store at a 5 min. walking distance.

Room was incredibly spacious, clean, sheets and pillow top notch. The upgrade to the suite with wonderful balloon views from the terrace was very much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with several options and mezze offerings. The best part of it was by far the service. The front office staff (Selin, Belur, Kemal and Merve) and Ismail in the restaurant were all incredibly helpful and attentive.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering a panoramic view of Cappadocia's majestic landscapes. I recommend arriving at the hotel early and relaxing on the rooftop terrace.

The room is very big and elegant. Though the facilities in the room is a little bit old, they are functional. The beds are comfortable. The staffs are very helpful, and they help you park your car. Besides, they provided the welcome fruit plate. The omelette provided during the breakfast is very good.
