Knowing that Manhattan is grossly overpriced in general, this was one of the hotels on the lower end of the price range. It’s fairly basic but has everything you need, and mostly, the location is just marvelous. It’s within walking distance of so many hotspots. Would definitely recommend!

I loved staying here! We had a gorgeous view of the Statue of Liberty. We were just a couple blocks from the freedom tower. Our room clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Can’t wait to come back! 10 out of 10

The hotel is across from a New York police station, just around the corner of Penn Station. We felt safe walking home late at night, even though a man was sleeping on the sidewalk during the afternoon hours. We were able to do our laundry in the hotel. Everything was clean to satisfaction. The beds were comfortable.

Our room was cleaned everyday. Location is perfect, very convenient to many attractions and landmarks. Although we book for no breakfast, it was just alright since the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and food outlets. We pretty much enjoyed our stay.

The place is very close to the train station (Union St) and near 5th Avenue where there are many restaurant options. From the moment we checked in, all the staff were very friendly, especially Daniel, who recommended nearby places to eat, the route to take the train to different destinations. Very comfortable rooms to rest, very clean, closet to organize clothes and with everything necessary for the kitchen (kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and equipment). Varied American breakfast included in our stay and solved times when we wanted to have a quick breakfast to make the most of the day. The use of laundry was also a must since it solved a lot for us since there was no laundry extremely close. On rainy days they were very kind and provided us with umbrellas. 100% recommended the hotel in all aspects. (Cleanliness, service, location).

Terrific, friendly staff; good location; clean and quiet rooms

Excellent reception very professional. Location is great just 5 minutes walk to the edge . 7 train is just 3 minutes walk . The rooms are so clean and the kids liked it so much! There is 1 minute walk grocery store which has all what you would need during your stay

Very friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant, very important! Clean and decent size rooms. Loved the smell of showergel! The glass elevators are great. Location can't be beaten. We had an amazing time in NY. PS: Thank you Trevor for the roomswap, the view was awesome!

The central location makes it easy to get around and the rooms are a decent size. Everything we needed was provided. Staff are amazing friendly and super helpful. Good breakfast with options.

This is a perfect business hotel, it's close to the subway to Manhattan, staff are really great, there's a food cart for uber eats, a microwave and cutlery for meals, a convenience store in the lobby and right next door, not to mention laundry services and a superb gym. There are great resturants in this vibey area, you can find anything you need close by, nail salons, hairdressers, T-mobile, yoga studios. As a business traveler I really appreciated this hotel, everything has been thought of, the staff are also quick to respond and really friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! The rooms are a bit small, but that is expected considering the location and the price. The room was clean, and the staff was polite and welcoming.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, which made for a really relaxing stay. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I also really appreciated the selection of snacks available — a nice touch that added to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.
