Excellent support of my late check in, despite I arrived even later than I said everything was ready for a quick check in @ 1:20 AM, thank you!!! Next day staff was also super friendly. Rooms were big, clean and beds confortable.

The hotel helped me a lot, unlike booking.com. Booking.com took my money but the payment had not gone through on the hotels end. Despite sending multiple emails, I had to make a new reservation. The employees working the night of Dec 5th went above and beyond for me while being extremely patient.
