I will give a 5 star Stellar Review to Veronica @ Front Desk , she made our stay very great! Even the 1st room had a little setback due to Toilet issue but Veronica was very prompt and timely to address the problem to move us to another room quickly and she does her job very efficiently and she seems so well-versed with her role , very professional and approachable and did great Customer service. Everything was extremely comfortable. It was one of the lowest-priced hotels with the best beds and cleanliness.

Located in nice area to walk dogs. Dog friendly, nice staff to give us what we needed. Easy parking. Next to plaza with good food. Slept well!

Great location, right across the street from Sam Jose civic center. Hotel had a beautiful christmas photo prop,my kids loved the little tree contest. The valet guy was super cool an helpful, told us some great places to eat. Also the bar tender was hustling to grab everyone’s drink orders. Room was very very clean, great view of the christmas carnival going on at the park across the street. When we visit again we are definitely staying here.
