Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and facilities, staff were really lovely, in particular Giancarlo on reception who was so great! Breakfast was good, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Altamonte Springs Maitland features a fitness center, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Orlando.

The thing that stood most out was the 24 hour availability of prepared coffee, Tea, hot chocolate and cold water in the lobby. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and if you need something for cooking (or using their outdoor barbecues) you can borrow in the reception. Also there is some nice restaurants in walking distance from the hotel (went to Bahama Breeze and Pho 16 twice). You can also walt to the outlet mall (sometimes easier than driving and hunting for parking there). There was also a nice bar between the lobby and pool area (open to both sides), that looked nice even though we didn't get the chance to try it out

We had booked a "one bedroom vila". It turned out to be a small apartment in a block of flats. But it was fine for us. The property is amazing - very green (golf courses everywhere :)), well decorated for Christmas, which made it look magical. It has all the facilities one can dream of, including spa, pool, small beach even. The ap itself was also very spacious with well equipped kitchen, clean, with some complimentary salt, pepper etc, which was a very nice touch. Fantastic location for visiting Sea World - it's just around the corner.
