After paying booking.com and th Mercure Perth with ther racist attitude.they did not let me and my son stay and didn’t want to refund my $. I don’t expect to hear from ues or get a phone call to refund and apologise

Location is good. Cat free bus at the door. Very easy to travel to Perth Railway Station. This hotel doesn't meet Accor standards. Needs renovation. Breakfast ok can be bit more generous.

I love the mercure perth. It's a great location, rooms are lovely, staff are always amazing, I will always come back here

Enjoyed our short stay; clean room, comfy beds, good enough swimming pool, great location and excellent breakfast. Room service was good too. Will visit again in future.

Good location. Close to public transport. Otherwise none to mention. This is not what I have come to expect from a Mercure hotel.
