Mercure Hotels in Danang

Brilliant Tourism Attractions, Food was lovely and the Mercure, Fantastic.

As Mercure is the only hotel up on Bana Hill so there is no choice for us to choose. The room is depend on assign upon arrival which the room I got is nice but the bathroom is not as expected. Overall is fine for 1 night.

Bana hills is this exclusive resort and Mercure is the only hotel. They are a monopoly so don't need to provide competitive rates or facilities. Best part is the ability to walk around the French village at night. You cannot go to the golden bridge from the hotel after 5 pm as there is no way to come back.

We love everything about our stay in Mercure except the air conditioner did not work well. It was very warm in the middle of the night for all of our 3 rooms.

Didnt expect hotel under Accor management can be so disappointing. Water leakages, corridors lighting not lit up, counter staff not trained or simply lazy, overall bell boys were the best and helpful. Not worth at all staying at Mercure, may just buy 1day pass if to visit bana hills.

Decoration in Mercure Hotel is nice and beautiful but Staff there must know more English very less can understand.
