Bed very comfortable after long day travelling ; air con great as very hot weather , the room was cool when we walked in . Given upgrade even better . Brilliant location for dinner and breakfast locations .

Very average hotel no coffee machine,toilet paper discusting,no tissues or shower caps over priced for what we got ,paid for upgrade to get better room been ripped off very unhappy,no table to sit to have meal.Taps in bathroom shower old and very hot to touch shower head old,nowhere to put luggage we put it on coffee table 3 coat hangers in wardrobe. Thus is supposed to be an Accor hotel.

Kate at reception was extremely helpful. All the reception staff were polite and friendly. The room on ground floor was a good size. This Mercure is very well located. Maccers literally next door so that was great to grab our coffees. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The microwave came in handy too. :) The room was very clean so thank you to the cleaning staff!
