Location worked well to visit the park, facilities were clean and reasonable value (including restaurant for dinners). Staff was very helpful and friendly. The aboriginal art gallery was excellent. Room was quit and well appointed.

We have stayed at Mercure many times over the years over Christmas. we have a very large family and this is something we regularly do together over the holidays. The only thing I liked about it was the new swimming facilities. We had many issues with the room itself.

Mercure is a really nice hotel with all it's rooms set in small blocks in the gardens and around the pool and main reception. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff were very smiley, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice and the food really good. I did think it would be nearer to the town (15 minute walk) than it was but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Highly recommended.
