All the staff were great. Gianni, in particular, was wonderful: warm, engaging, courteous, professional, and very, very helpful. He is a treasure. Mercure should give him a raise!
The room and facilities were lovely, clean, and comfortable. Comfy bedding, plentiful big towels, and nice soaps in the world's best shower. Great views of the mountains from the big windows. Breakfast was lavish and tasty. It was a good stop for us on a 5-week trip around Europe.
