Bigso was a total surprise. Like an oasis! Calm and quiet, spectacular views, kind and warm hosts. The bed was so comfortable! My bedroom window opened letting in fresh air. Everything is within easy walking distance or access to local transit. I’d stay here again without hesitation!

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was beautiful and very clean, exactly like in the photos. The hosts were extremely kind and very, very helpful - they assisted with everything we needed. Our stay was smooth and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed it here. Highly recommended!

Great location for hiking at Seoraksan National Park , it was about 30min walk to the Park Entrance. The hotel owner were very friendly and warmly welcome me. The hotel hotel owner was very responsive to all my queries and tried to provide me with alternatives solution when i was trying to figure out on the hiking arrangement. It was very re-assuring. Top Notch service. The hotel rooms were Korean style room and it was properly cleaned. Bathing amenities towel and soap were provided. Simple meals such as Ramen can be ordered by informing the hotel and they will prepare.

This is a family-run hotel, and we received very kind, welcoming and helpful care. The proprietor was extremely helpful with recommending hikes and even going out of his way to accommodate us when we had planned poorly for a very busy travel week (golden week) that we had not foreseen. The location was in comfortable walking distance to beautiful Seoraksan national park. We would stay there again due to the friendliness and kindness and welcoming nature of the hosts alone.

It seemed unassuming because of the location but the room was so clean and organized. The breakfast had great options and the staff was SO nice. It was right around the corner from the national park without having to deal with all the tourist crowds. The bed was comfortable. The space was huge and the bathroom was clean!!
