The owners Julia and her husband were so sweet, kind and friendly, which I really appreciated. The price was excellent. I travel a great deal and many of the people I deal with like herbalists, naturopaths, doctors and favorite bookshops are in the Sunshine coast area. Therefore, the Fiesta Motel is central for an area that I love and have been familiar with since 1964. I used to live just up the road. I will stay at the Fiesta motel a great deal now I know that it's there. It's convenient and delightful.

Property was clean and I liked the kitchen and facilities there. Great holiday motel including for families. Aircon was a bit noisy and bedside electric power board not up to scratch.

Lovely clean motel just outside the main part of Maleny. The cafe was handy for breakfast and coffee and the owner very friendly and accommodating with little touches of homeliness. Very clean and comfortable for our two night stay to explore the area. It appears the price is very reasonable in comparison of other properties in the area.

Top Spot Motel lived up to its name for our quick one-night stay. There are a lot of restaurants / bars / coffee shops within close walking distance and the neighbourhood was good. The hotel was a comfortable, clean convenient stay for us.

It was a very brief 1 night stay with early departure so not a lot of time to fully experience the motel, but from what I saw it was in a great location with a nice pool. The room was adequate for my needs, very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The lady who checked us in was very friendly.

Great location, suited our family after a big day on the road, very easy check-in, the room was spacious and very clean, the beds comfortable and even had the AC which was a nice touch. Shower had great water pressure with amenities in good and clean condition.

Location was superb. 2 minutes drive from Australia Zoo. The proprietors had thought of everything. Generous amount of towels and blankets for the whole family. Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and complimentary bottle of milk provided. Hairdryer in the bathroom. DVD player in the room and a huge selection of DVDs in the reception area. We LOVED our stay and would recommend this motel.

We just needed a place to stay for the evening before heading to Noosa the next day. It was more than fine for our needs. There is a motel side and a dorm side to this place. Convenient and easy to check in and check out. Friendly staff at reception. Easy walking distance to the beach and main street of restaurants. We had a great evening at Taps and W.A.T Den. The bed was more than comfortable. Black out curtains. Shower has excellent pressure.

It was close to Mary Cairncross Park. We enjoyed the view towards Coolum. There were 2 very good restaurants with takeaway menus close by. It was also handy to the road north to Montville. Our room was very quiet at night (the highway is quite close but we could only hear the traffic from the balcony, and we had no noise from the motel next door) The little bar fridge had a small freezer where I could refreeze my freezer bricks.

The motel is a little dated but was clean and the staff friendly on arrival. Tea, coffee and biscuits and towels were replenished on the second day with out request which was a positive sign for us.
