We love how homey it feels and the staffs are very nice and helpful! Location-wise, it's a good location as it is at the city area for a valuable cost. Security is also quite good as there are CCTVs all over the place to keep watch. The WiFi is really fast too! Would love to stay again :)

Terrible experience! Our room was very dirty (photos attached). We changed rooms, but the new one was also dirty. We asked for a refund due to the very poor conditions of the hotel, but they refused and did not cooperate at all.
